Biography

Marc-André Maheu-Cadotte is a Doctoral Candidate in Nursing Science at the Université de Montréal and Fellow of the Fonds de recherche du Québec—Santé (FRQS). He is currently conducting his research at the Montreal Heart Institute Research Center and the CHUM Research Center. His research is about the problems experienced by patients with cardiovascular diseases, the clinical practice of nurses working in cardiovascular care, and the development and the evaluation of online interventions. During his doctoral studies, he focuses on the development and evaluation of a serious game for improving nurses’ recognition of acute heart failure signs in hospitalized patients.
