Dominique Tan is an Enterprise Transformation Coach for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co’s Global Technology Infrastructure business. She is passionate about building high performing teams where optimal collaboration is the norm. She has used game like activities to pilot and scale a number of high impact change management initiatives including a Manager Excellence series, building organic change agent networks and training on modern software development practices. Before working in the fintech industry, she was a computer science high school teacher specialising in 11-16 year olds. It was here she learnt the importance of engagement when designing learning.
Dominique holds a Masters in Computer Science (University of Bristol), where she published a paper on flexible mobile devices at CHI EA ’15 (ACM Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems). In addition be being a qualified high school teacher (PGCE, University of Southampton) she is certified as a professional coach (University of Cambridge). She hosts regular talks, workshops and meetups and was a winner of the TechWomen100 Awards earlier this year.
