Arnold Geisler is Manager for Business Development in Joint Multinational Readiness Operations & Ranges, Global Training Solutions in Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services business. Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), with 2015 sales of $23 billion and 61,000 employees, is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, civil government and cybersecurity solutions.
Geisler has more than 30 years of experience in the defense industry. Geisler spent twelve years at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center’s serving Instrumentation Training Analysis Computer Simulations & Support directorate in various capacities and as the training center’s strategic planner. He joined Raytheon in 2014.
He had a 20-year career in the U.S. Army, retiring as a lieutenant colonel in the Armor branch. Some of his tours include troop assignments with the 1st Armored Division, the 2nd Cavalry Regiment, staff assignments with the V Corps, United States Army Europe, and a tour with the US delegation to the negotiations on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe.
Geisler has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Canisius College and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
